This policy is about how Morgand.co uses and processes your data (emails, respondent answers, etc.) when you register to use our Open Tools. It also explains how we are using data whenever someone contacts us to raise any questions, or data from contractors and professionals that are providing us services. It was last updated on November 17th 2022.

Morgand.co is a provider of highly specialised advice and consultancy to fast-growth Companies. We do not process any data through this website. However, if you use any of our Open Tools, we will use the name and email address that you provided, in order to produce and send your automated report to you. This is the only thing we use your personal details for.  Check here our Data Processing Agreement.

What personal data do I have to give Morgand.co ?

The only personal data required for using the Morgand.co Open Tools are the basics we need to send automatically process and send your report. There is no opportunity for you to provide any extra data. Your name and email address will be kept until your report has been processed.  The numerical responses you gave will be anonymised - meaning we remove your name, email address and company name from the dataset - and keep the scores in our database for future analytical purposes. But there is no way that this will be traced back to you. 

By using any of our Open Tools you acknowledge that you have interest in any publications which Morgand.co may periodically produce, and agree that your email address can be added to our mailing list. There are no passwords or login details that can be hacked. 

Because our business is consulting and advisory, we have no interest in sharing your data or details with anyone else at any time - so we do not. Ever. We do keep your email address in a secure mailing list. Until such time that you unsubscribe from this service, you may expect to receive occasional reports and research directly from us. We hope they will be interesting.

Does anyone else have access to my data?

No.

Where is my data/information processed?

I’m moving to a cabin in Alaska and want all my data removed from everywhere. Can I?

Yes. You can wipe everything we have by writing to us directly and we will do this immediately upon receipt of your email.

Can I update my personal information?

Sure. We only keep your email address for as long as you like. If you want to add a new subscription account, you can sign up from the 'subscribe' part of our website. Deleting this address is as simple as writing to us from your email address with the title 'unsubscribe'.

If I deleted my account would you positively, absolutely delete all my data?

Yes.

What if these terms change?

If we change anything, there’s a chance you’ll have to accept the changes before continuing to use our Open Tools. If you don’t agree to the changes, you’ll have to stop using them.
