James Morgan, MSc MBA CPsychol
James created Morg&Co in 2023 after a 25-year career combining psychology, strategy consulting, private equity, and executive leadership. He has led successful assignments across Asia, Africa, Middle East, and Europe with household brands and startups spanning consumer technology, healthcare, life sciences, hospitality, industrials, and financial services.
He holds a doctoral-level qualification in industrial psychology and an MBA from INSEAD gained in both France and Singapore. He is fluent in French, German, and English.
James has been an advisor to LoyalVC since 2023, bringing deep expertise in organizational psychology and execution risk assessment to their portfolio company support. He recently launched OrgSightAI, an AI-powered organizational diagnostic platform for growth-stage companies.
